Hair’s the truth! Ariana Grande took to Instagram on Sunday, Jan. 19 to defend her signature long hairstyle in opposition to haters. The 20-year-outdated singer and Nickelodeon star confessed that she does wear hair extensions — but for a superb cause.

“I had to bleach my hair and dye it red each other week for the first four years of playing Cat . . . as one would assume, that fully destroyed my hair,” she wrote. “I now wear a wig on Sam & Cat. My real hair is back to brown and that i wear extensions, but I put on it in a pony full bangs hairstyle tail as a result of my actual hair is so broken that it appears absolutely ratchet and absurd after i let it down.”

Although she hasn’t tried getting a pixie lower like Jennifer Lawrence did to unravel her hair problem, Grande has tried to fix her hair dilemma with other options.
“I tried wigs, they looked RIDICULOUS. Tried a weave as a result of I am engaged on a brand new project and need to attempt some completely different seems to be, and actually needed to rip my scalp off,” the “Tattooed Coronary heart” singer defined. “In order annoying as it is for y’all to have to look at the identical hair model all the time, it’s all that works for now (AND I’m comfortable for the first time in years) . . . And belief me, it’s even harder for me to have to wait ceaselessly for my natural hair to grow back and to have to wear more faux hair than every drag queen on earth combined,” she joked.

The Sam & Cat actress, who break up from The Needed’s Nathan Sykes back in December, concluded her Instagram rant with a plea to her followers.
“So full bangs hairstyle PLEASE gimme a break about the hair (or just don’t have a look at me lol.) It’s Just HAIR After all,” she wrote. “There are way approach far more essential things. Love y’all very a lot.”
